Job Summary
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing FiveStar customer service by engaging with customers, completing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining store cleanliness. Key duties include preparing food according to safety standards, maintaining inventory levels in the deli, and promoting store specials through suggestive selling. Additional responsibilities encompass cleaning and merchandising sales areas, practicing safe work habits, and adhering to all company policies. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess basic computer skills, and have a positive attitude with the ability to work varied shifts.
