Job Summary
Greet pets and their humans, answer questions about our boarding, grooming, and daycare services, and schedule appointments to keep the resort running smoothly. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by handling check-ins/check-outs, provide vaccine information when needed, and use kennel software to book appointments and maintain client/pet profiles. Communicate with grooming and kennel staff to ensure pets’ needs are met, maintain a tidy front office, and project a welcoming, professional image. Must be able to assist with handling dogs of various sizes and contribute to a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
