Job Summary
Greet potential members and answer phone calls to assist with questions or concerns. Handle front desk tasks including member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and tour bookings. Facilitate member services issues by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club. This role reports to the Club Manager and requires standing and walking 75% of the shift while lifting up to 50 lbs. 30% of the time. Employees receive free uniforms, training, and a free membership for themselves and one family member.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
