Job Summary
DeWALT Customer Service Representative on-site in Phoenix, AZ (1st shift, Monday-Friday). You’ll handle pricing, identify catalog items, verify quantities, and extend items on customer orders; attract customers by answering product/service questions, drive incremental sales, and conduct sales/service at the counter and via phone. You’ll provide product application guidance, explain features/benefits/maintenance, and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires experience in customer-facing roles within Retail/Service, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and the ability to read schematics and determine parts for tool repairs. Bilingual proficiency preferred; dependability, integrity, and a high level of customer service and salesmanship are important.
