Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for CJ Logistics, primary point of contact in the Welcome Center/Customer Service Office handling paperwork, scheduling, and information flow. Responsibilities include maintaining inbound/outbound schedules, preparing orders for forklift operators, processing Bills of Lading and shipping/receiving documents, coordinating carrier appointments, door assignments, yard reporting, and supporting both Customer Service and Shipping & Receiving functions as needed. Requires High School Diploma/GED, proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with AS400/WMS preferred, strong multitasking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-moving warehouse environment. Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2PM; pay $21-23/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- AS400 and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience preferred
- Basic math and reading skills
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external customers
- Prior shipping & receiving experience in a warehouse environment (preferred)
