Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (12 month fixed-term contract) based in Markham, Ontario. The CSR acts as a pivotal link between customers and Johnson & Johnson Vision, managing all order fulfillment activities, answering inquiries, investigating issues, processing returns, and communicating with customers and Sales teams. Responsibilities include processing orders by phone, fax, email, or EDI; validating data for pricing, terms, exceptions, and shipping; resolving customer queries and complaints; advising on product availability and inventory status; collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance to resolve systemic issues; maintaining customer account information and billing paperwork; and adhering to SOPs. Required: high school degree or higher, 2+ years of customer service experience, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. The role requires the ability to handle inquiries, support cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate data while delivering excellent customer service. It is a fixed-term contract located in Markham, Ontario, Canada, with a base pay range of CAD 56,000 to CAD 90,275."
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school degree or higher is required
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience is required
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel) is required
- Excellent customer service with clear written and verbal communication
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Keen attention to detail; conscientious and professional work approach with focus on precise data entry
