Customer Service Representative 12-8 Shift

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs while creating a warm, professional, and reassuring experience for every caller. Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat, then follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations are clear. Navigate multiple systems to input and manage customer information, turning frustrated or uncertain callers into confident, loyal ones. Work closely with dispatch and field teams to ensure smooth operations while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Handle a high volume of calls (100+ per day) and maintain fast response times under 15 minutes.
