Customer Service Representative (100% Onsite)

Job Summary
Answer phone calls and emails to address customer inquiries, while participating in team meetings to discover new communication tactics. Maintain expert product knowledge to assist customers, working with internal resources to find appropriate solutions for production coordination and problem resolution. Keep detailed records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, and obtain complete job information from customers in writing. Notify relevant parties of schedule changes or unmet expectations, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. Review QC checklists and Customer SOPs, updating documentation to ensure consistent realization of customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
- Minimal travel anticipated; may consist of auto and air travel
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of Printing and/or direct mail production experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledgeable of job management systems, SOP'S, and Microsoft Office Suite (Tech-Savvy)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Sets business and personal goals and develops clearly written action plans
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 3-5 years of Printing and/or direct mail production experience is preferred
