Job Summary
Respond to calls, emails, and web chats from the public to provide information and resolve customer service issues regarding Intelligent Transportation Systems. Process credit card and e-check payments for replenishment or violation fees, handle complaints, research account discrepancies, and process image review queues. Update toll violations and customer accounts to keep demographic and payment information current, then document all changes on BOS. Maintain a high-quality, customer-focused orientation while performing other duties assigned by management. This onsite role requires an 8-hour shift from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday shifts from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Bi-lingual preference exists, and formal call center experience is not required, as new hires will participate in formal training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer service call center or retail customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills

- Beginner to intermediate level experience with MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn internal, proprietary systems
