Job Summary
Contract Customer Service Representative 1 in Portsmouth, NH for a hybrid opportunity with travel (3 days per week in office). Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via calls and emails, maintaining documentation, performing support ticket research/resolution, and producing reports and business correspondence. Must be proficient with MS Word and Excel, capable of multitasking, and able to work with diverse populations; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Experience: 6 months of call center experience preferred or 1 year of customer service. Portability to the Portsmouth area required.
