Job Summary
Take inbound calls from electric cooperative members to address inquiries and provide courteous, accurate information using CRC tools. Maintain a high level of service while meeting performance targets, applying de-escalation techniques when appropriate, and staying professional in challenging situations. Participate in classroom and on-the-job training, review manuals, and deepen product knowledge. Role includes full-time training 8:00 AM–4:30 PM for two weeks starting July 27, 2026. Must be able to work 2nd shift with weekend availability; bilingual Spanish assistance may be required and weekend premiums apply. On-site in Kirksville, MO; opportunity for advancement and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience required
- Experience in a Call Center setting preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Honesty and trustworthy with background check and drug screen before start
