Take inbound calls from electric cooperative members, provide courteous and efficient service, navigate CRC Link and other call center software, maintain confidentiality, and de-escalate as needed. Training program starts July 27, 2026 (full-time for two weeks). Schedule includes 2nd shift with weekend availability required, bilingual bonus available, and additional pay for weekend and holidays. Emphasis on customer-focused communication in a fast-paced environment; opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of Customer Service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Desired Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
