Job Summary
Take inbound calls from electric cooperative members, provide courteous and efficient service, navigate CRC Link and other call center software, maintain confidentiality, and de-escalate as needed. Training program starts July 27, 2026 (full-time for two weeks). Schedule includes 2nd shift with weekend availability required, bilingual bonus available, and additional pay for weekend and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years of Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
