Job Summary
Take incoming calls from electric cooperative members to address inquiries about power outages and bill pay, while providing courteous, professional, and confidential service. Operate in a 24/7 call center environment with de-escalation when needed, follow training to use CRC Link and other software, and meet performance targets. Roles include 2nd/3rd shifts with weekend commitments, bilingual Spanish optional, and holiday pay; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement. Training starts July 27, 2026, with two weeks of full-time instruction.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years of Customer Service experience required
- Experience in a Call Center setting preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
