Dumpster Consultant role focused on delivering stellar customer service over the phone, estimating dumpster sizes based on customer projects, presenting waste-removal solutions, and building lasting rapport with clients. Responsibilities include consulting with customers, outlining service value, tracking sales metrics and close ratios, and following up on leads and estimates. Requires strong phone etiquette, organization, and CRM proficiency; bilingual ability is a plus. Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with occasional Saturday hours; located in Fitchburg, MA.
