Job Summary
Customer Service Rep responsible for greeting potential members, answering phone inquiries, giving information tours, assisting with member sign-ups and cancellations, updating member accounts, and routing complex issues to the Club Manager/Team Lead. Focus on delivering an excellent member experience, maintaining club cleanliness, and supporting front-desk operations on weekends. Key skills include outstanding customer service, active listening, problem solving, diplomacy, clear communication, and teamwork.
