Job Summary

Customer Service Rep/Teller responsible for serving customers, processing account transactions, and supporting branch functions. Key tasks include assisting with routine account-related inquiries, maintaining a cash drawer, researching service issues, and complying with bank operations and security procedures. Candidates should have strong communication skills, ability to build customer relationships, and prior cash handling experience preferred. Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced cash handling environment
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Ability to effectively discern information and formulate appropriate action
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reach, squat, bend, and manually manipulate standard office equipment
  • Ability to think critically and provide appropriate solutions

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service work environment preferred
  • Prior cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette
  • Basic math skills
  • Possess general computer knowledge, able to navigate menu operated systems
  • Keyboarding skills
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as adding machine, copier, fax, scanner, printer, etc.
