Answer incoming phone calls, SMS messages, and website inquiries from customers seeking assistance, then schedule appointments and ensure requests are handled efficiently. Maintain active social media channels by creating content that reflects the professionalism and values of Emerald Heating & Cooling, a trusted local HVAC provider serving the Depew area since 2000. This full-time hybrid position requires a valid driver's license and experience managing business social media accounts, with ServiceTitan experience as a plus. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening test.
