Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Shoreline Container in Holland, MI. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to professionally manage email correspondence and navigate multiple computer applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers and support team success
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive customer, pricing, design, and company information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
