Customer Service Rep/Sales (Paint Specialist)

Job Summary
Provide in-person customer service for automotive paint and supplies, look up formulas and mix paint, assist customers over the counter with questions and equipment needs, handle phone and email quotes, perform call-center style support, ensure constant communication with customers, manage inventory-related tasks (data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, inquiries), generate sales from online leads, may require knowledge of eBay and eCommerce sites, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires strong written and verbal communication, customer relations, teamwork, and ability to work under frequent interruptions; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; two years of college preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge with Automotive Paint, PBE and Equipment
