Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role handling orders and inquiries for Away From Home customers and sales team. Responsibilities include processing orders via phone, email, EDI, and online portals; tracking orders and providing shipment updates; issuing invoices and bills of lading; assisting customers with questions and issues; issuing credits and researching inventory, delivery, and product availability; setting up customers in online ordering systems and providing training; entering work orders for equipment repairs, installations, pickups, and parts; sending spec sheets; coordinating with Coffee Service, Sales, and Service departments to support customer needs; answering incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience
- Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Strong computer skills and experience working with multiple systems
