Job Summary
Generate bids based on customer inquiries and calculate and process orders accurately. Schedule orders and ensure timely customer follow-up while handling and resolving complaints to maintain a tidy and safe work environment. Utilize company-provided resources to identify new customers and complete additional duties as directed. This role requires high school diploma or equivalent, proven customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Office. National Construction Rental Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role
- Experience in billing, payment collections, and other related experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
