Job Summary
Act as the primary customer contact in the vehicle repair shop, greeting customers professionally, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the repair and insurance processes. Communicate repair expectations to the Estimator and Center Leader, capture business by establishing trust, schedule appointments, verify insurance/appointments, manage CCC One files and related documents (invoices, payments, parts, and final bills), ensure readiness for vehicle delivery, monitor Parts invoices, process banking transactions, handle mail, maintain lobby and office supplies, and uphold confidentiality and SOPs while aiming for high Customer Service Index and Net Promoter outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Collision University Training required in first 6 months of employment
- Basic Computer Skills to navigate company systems & communicate with customers
- Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment with a flexible attitude
- Ability to read, understand, and perform written instructions accurately and consistently; work independently and with others in an organized manner
- Adheres to the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies concerning customer information
