Job Summary
Customer Service Rep responsible for new member sales and member experience; greet potential members, handle front desk tasks, answer calls, take information for tours, assist with sign-ups, cancellations, and amenity usage, update member accounts, and forward issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead. Requires strong customer service, active listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication; physical ability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
