Job Summary
Customer Service Representative position focused on new member sales and delivering a superior member experience. Responsibilities include greeting prospective members, handling front desk duties, answering and screening phone calls, taking information for tours, assisting with member sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage, updating member account information, and routing complex issues to the Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead. Requires strong customer service skills, effective problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication to coordinate with team members and supervisors. Eligible for benefits such as health and life insurance, dental, vision, disability, and various voluntary programs. Must be able to stand/walk most of shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. Five key behaviors include customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and timely communication.
