Job Summary
Greet potential members and provide a positive member experience with excellent customer service. Handle front desk duties including polite phone inquiries, information calls and tours, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts. Resolve member services questions by directing to the Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed. Maintain club neatness and contribute to a welcoming environment while supporting member services.
