Job Summary
Greet and engage potential and current members, sign up new members, conduct club tours, and handle front desk tasks to ensure a positive member experience. Responsibilities include assisting with member account changes, directing service issues to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager, maintaining club cleanliness, and supporting daily operations with a focus on customer service, effective communication, problem solving, and teamwork. The role requires standing and walking for a majority of shifts, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and participation in ongoing training and deep cleaning activities during 8-hour shifts.
