Job Summary
Greet potential members and provide a positive experience; handle front desk tasks including answering phone inquiries, taking information for tours, assisting with member sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts; facilitate member services questions and route to supervisor as needed; maintain club neatness and cleanliness; participate in benefits programs and demonstrate strong customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and effective communication to exceed member expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
