Greet potential and existing members and guests, provide a positive, high-level customer service experience, assist with front desk tasks including answering calls, taking information for tours, and supporting member sign-ups, check-ins, cancellations, and BCM-amenity usage; escalate issues to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed; help maintain club cleanliness and contribute to a supportive environment with emphasis on effective communication and problem solving.
