Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests by greeting and assisting at the front desk, handling inquiries, tours, and member sign-ups/cancellations, updating account information, resolving member services issues, and forwarding complex questions to a supervisor (Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead). Maintain club cleanliness and support team initiatives, with emphasis on delivering a superior member experience and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
