Duties include facilitating member services issues, routing to Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed, maintaining club cleanliness, and supporting training and deep-cleaning activities. Essential skills include strong customer service, active listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and basic computer proficiency. Physical demands include standing/walking ~75% of shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. Shift pattern includes four 8-hour shifts with ongoing training.
