Job Summary
Customer Service Rep responsible for new member sales and exceptional member experience; greet potential members, handle front desk tasks, answer phone calls, take information for tours, assist in member sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information; facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed; help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club; benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, short term disability, life insurance options, HSA, and advancement opportunities; essential behaviors include customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication; physical demands include standing and walking at least 75% of shift and lifting up to 50 lbs; location Norfolk, NE, USA.
