Job Summary
Provide outstanding member and guest experiences at the club front desk by delivering friendly, professional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting potential members, answering phone inquiries, giving information during tours, facilitating member sign-ups and cancellations, assisting with BCM amenity usage and updating member accounts, routing service issues to the Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed, maintaining a neat and clean facility, and supporting overall member services. Key skills include effective communication, active listening, diplomacy, problem solving, and teamwork to ensure a positive member experience.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
