Job Summary
Provide excellent member and guest experiences at the club by greeting members, handling front desk tasks, answering phone calls, taking information for tours, assisting with member sign-ups and cancellations, updating member accounts, and routing service issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead. Demonstrate strong customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and communication. Maintain club cleanliness; support member services and amenity usage as needed. Standing/walking for most of the shift and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Possess basic computer proficiency and a customer-focused mindset.
