Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct front desk tasks including member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and amenity usage. Facilitate member services issues by forwarding them to managers as needed while maintaining club cleanliness. This role supports new member sales and ensures a superior customer experience for members, prospective members, and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
