Job Summary
Greet potential members and handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls, and conducting tours. Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage while updating account information and forwarding service issues to leadership. Maintain club cleanliness and provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This role supports the Dollars for Scholars Program and offers free membership for self and one family member or friend.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
