Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage. Facilitate member services issues by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed and maintain the club's cleanliness. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift, lifting under 50 lbs less than 30% of the time, and strong customer service skills. Required Qualifications
