Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Facilitate member service issues by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and ensure a positive experience for all guests. This role offers free membership for the employee and one family member or friend, along with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
