Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Facilitate member services issues by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and ensure a positive experience for all guests. This role offers free membership for self and one family member or friend, plus comprehensive health and dental insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
