Job Summary
Customer Service Rep responsible for greeting potential members and providing a superior member experience, front desk duties including answering calls, taking information for tours, assisting with member sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates, and routing service issues to the Club Manager/Team Lead. Requires strong customer service, active listening, diplomacy, problem solving, and clear communication to ensure a positive experience for members, prospective members, and guests. Benefits include health/dental/vision, insurance options, paid time off-like benefits, and advancement opportunities. Stand/walk for most of the shift with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
