Customer Service Rep Nights and Weekends

Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and conduct tours while assisting with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage. Update member account information, facilitate services issues, and forward inquiries to managers as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and uphold a positive experience for guests. This role includes front desk duties, member sales, and support for the Scholars Program, offering free membership for the employee and one family member.
