Customer Service Representative coordinating orders and providing quotes, supporting sales and production, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include order tracking, data entry, interdepartmental communication, handling account activities, and resolving issues while maintaining accurate records. Must be proficient in MS Office, have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to thrive in a manufacturing office setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage email professionally and navigate multiple applications
- Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Detail orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm; physical requirements and office environment per posting
