Customer Service Rep National Sales

Receive inbound and outbound calls to provide product information, take orders, and resolve service or billing complaints. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken while coordinating same-day deliveries and pickups. Assess complaint validity by examining relevant information and compare disputed merchandise against original requisitions to prepare invoices for returns. Contact customers regarding claim results, planned adjustments, and product recalls, then refer unresolved issues to designated departments. Recommend improvements in products, shipping, or billing procedures to prevent future problems. Requires a high school diploma with three years of customer service experience, excellent verbal communication skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
