Job Summary
Customer Service Rep responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, generating bids, and handling complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Key duties include calculating and processing orders, scheduling follow-ups, maintaining a tidy work environment, and using company resources to identify new customer opportunities. Requires high school diploma (preferred) with strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills; experience in billing/collections is a plus; capable of working both independently and within a team; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Experience in billing, payment collections, and other related experience is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
