Job Summary
Provide customer support across phone, email, and other channels in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution; coordinating with production, logistics, and sales to ensure timely order fulfillment; maintaining detailed customer records; handling complaints and escalating when necessary; providing product information; and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
