Customer Service Rep

Receives and responds to all customer contact points in a timely manner, handling high-volume incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Oversees mail deliveries, packages, and couriers while inputting orders, verifying pricing, advising stock levels, and providing tracking information. Attends to exchanges, returns, and warranty issues to ensure professional care for all customers. Maintains excellent knowledge of company products and business segments to exceed customer expectations. Requires ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global environment with flexible scheduling.
