Job Summary
Part-Time Pet Host at NVA Pet Resorts (Pet Host) serving as the front desk and lobby lead: greet clients and pets, manage check-ins/outs, book boarding/daycare/grooming/training, answer phones/emails, process payments, verify vaccination records, manage waitlists, recommend services and packages, upsell memberships, communicate updates to leadership, and keep front areas clean and safe. Flexibility to help with pets and occasional messes in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability required; ability to stand/walk/bend and lift up to 60 lbs; comfortable caring for dogs and cats; strong customer-service skills and proficiency with scheduling and computer systems.
