Job Summary
Provide superior customer service in a banking environment by handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments; greet customers, identify issues, and offer solutions; process monetary transactions with accuracy; adhere to cash handling security and bank policies; balance cash drawer and vault; initiate outgoing wires (domestic and international); maintain security procedures; assist as branch trainer or mentor and perform Personal Banker duties when needed; ensure compliance with CIP, BSA, and reporting requirements; contribute to a professional, service-oriented branch environment; evening/shift availability and potential to work at multiple locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-year experience with cash handling with a good balancing record (previous bank experience required).
- Computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience using ten-key.
