Job Summary
Customer Service Representative II at Dal-Tile (Mohawk Industries) interfaces with customers to service walk-ins and inquiries, process sales orders, manage customer accounts, provide product information, check pricing and stock, handle order status and transportation coordination in a call-center environment, and support cross-functional teams; requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills (Word/Excel) and a high-school education or GED, with preferred tile industry experience and customer-service focus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
- 1 or more years customer service experience
- Focus on customer account management preferred
- Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred
