Job Summary
Customer Service Representative II in a call-center environment responsible for servicing walk-in customers, answering inquiries, providing samples, and completing sales transactions; manages customer accounts, processes orders, and coordinates with internal teams to address inquiries from order entry to delivery; supports high-volume inbound calls using ACD; requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency with Word and Excel; must be able to lift 15-30 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs in certain cases; base pay ranges from $21.38/hr to $26.78/hr with additional incentives and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
- 3+ years of call center or customer service experience
