Job Summary
Greet and direct patients and visitors during regular business hours while operating the telephone system to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Create or update patient registration information using intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication flow for all inquiries. This role supports hospital and outpatient settings, with specific locations preferring prior ECW experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- Two years related experience and/or training
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate computer skills in other database systems
